  a) refer all unresolved disputes between the organization and IPF to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS); and

  b) Organization will have Anti-Doping Rules that comply with the WADA Code and OSF Anti-Doping Rules

  We agree to pursue recognition as the official governing body for Parkour/Freerunning by our country's National Government Sports Agency (NGSA) and/or our National Olympic Committee (NOC), under the exclusive aegis and with the active help and support of IPF.
